Orders
• How to place an order?
Add your items to your cart, then click “Checkout.” Follow the instructions to fill in your information and complete payment.
• Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
We process orders quickly, but if you would like a change, contact us within 24 hours at Wearspective@gmail.com
• How do I track my order?
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
2. Delivery
• What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times vary depending on your location:
• France: 6 to 11 working days
• Europe: 6 to 11 working days
• International: 8 to 12 working days
• What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and weight of items.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Check shipping options at checkout.
3. Returns and Refunds
• Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 7 days after receipt to contact us if a return is necessary. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
• Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
• When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

• Do your clothes fit normally?
Our items are generally oversized . Check our size guide on each product sheet.
• An item is out of stock, will it come back?
Some items are limited edition. If a product is out of stock, sign up for our newsletter to be notified of restocking.
